Annual Election Period is October 15 - December 7 for a January 1 effective date.

If your plan is being terminated, you also have an extended Special Enrollment Period from December 8 - February 28.

If you have other life events, you may qualify for additional Special Enrollment Periods throughout the year.

Open Enrollment is November 1st through December 15th for a January 1st effective date.

Open Enrollment is extended through January 15th for a February 1st effective date.

Special Enrollment is year-round and open to those who meet Special Enrollment Criteria.
